Our business and services
Rousseau Financial Inc. is based in Utah, United States, and develops Guildbury and publishes Journal of Sidequests. Their DBA registrations are pending. This site describes our software and publishing services and provides customer support information.
Service agreements
Before purchasing, review the service description, price, billing period, and any specific onboarding or publication agreement. The service-specific agreement identifies the scope of what we provide. Our customer policies explain digital delivery, refunds, and cancellation.
Guildbury accounts
A workshop is responsible for the accuracy of the information it supplies, the staff it authorizes, and the memberships, classes, facilities, and other services it sells to its customers. Workshops connect their own Stripe accounts where required. Guildbury provides software; access to software does not itself grant access to a physical workshop or certify a person to operate equipment.
Publication submissions
Authors are responsible for the originality, accuracy, permissions, research ethics, and disclosures in their submissions. Acceptance is an editorial decision following review. A submission does not guarantee acceptance. Article copyright and publication-license terms are specified in the journal’s author agreement before publication; these website terms do not transfer an author’s copyright.
Acceptable use
Do not use our services to commit fraud, infringe others’ rights, upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. Keep account credentials confidential and notify support if an account may have been compromised. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or protect the service, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Website content and changes
We may update service information and these website terms. Material changes to an existing paid agreement follow that agreement and applicable law. Displaying a service on this website does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
